Relaxing and clean place, has amazing staff and food.

I loved staff and location of the hotel. On-site restaurant La Joya was a bonus, had dinner there. Everything was great, no complains at all, I would recommend it.

The place was clean, I loved its staff and food. I was offered a room with excellent views of the beach and ocean.

The hotel was luxurious with breathtaking rooms and I loved well-trained staff. Its location was central, a short walk to Daddy'o. The outdoor restaurant was good and offered good meals.

Big size & fairly clean hotel, its location is perfect short walk to outside shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and which is turquoise and Cancun.

The place was exceptionally clean and second to none, it had professional staff like a general manager.

Luxury and wonderful relaxing hotel, the services were good, top location right on the beach. Fashionable and stocked rooms with a stunning view and directly above the doors leading to the pool, as for instance, no complains at all.

The hotel is professional, with an extravagant breakfast, well-organised rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The place provides reasonable prices.

An ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS hotel in Cancun. Staff were thoughtful, so we really enjoyed our being there. Warm & convenient unit with beautiful view, balcony, for example. Generally everything was brand-new, but the bathroom was really tiny. Conveniently based in a posh area.

Everything was nice, fairly clean hotel, prime location on the beach. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great. Pool and pool bar were available.

Great value breakfast, clean pool, fab position. Our king suite was average and average, had lagoon view. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom here was luxury. The people working here were very generous, they provided excellent service, great value.

Hip new hotel, fairly clean, funny staff. The location of the property was central, so close to Cancun as well as the sea.

we had an unforgettable stay. easy walk to the restaurant the ember kosher. don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit el rey archaeological zone.

Excellent staff in the whole hotel. Mocambo, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option;))
